Utilising the CMM inspection equipment
Our Quality Control department utilises the latest CMM inspection equipment and processes to ensure the highest quality possible is achieved on all our machined parts. All checks and inspections are performed before the product is sent out of the building to the finishers and then once again before being dispatched to the customer.
CMM Inspection: We utilise the latest Inspection technologies & coupled with our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Quality Processes, we aim to maintain maximum quality standards throughout our manufacturing processes. Our staff are trained to perform all quality checks and make sure the products meet the customers’ demands before leaving the building.

With our inspection software we are also able to backwards engineer parts and transform them into a CAD/CAM model. Then using our ONECNC software we can setup tooling pathways ready for machining.
