We have a good range of lathes to help produce components efficiently and effectively. Our 4th axis lathe helps meet customers’ requirements with more ease, reducing extra setup times and more operations. Also having a bar-feeder we can produce components at a high repeatable and accurate rate.
We utilise the latest Inspection technologies & coupled with our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Processes, we guarantee to maintain maximum quality standards throughout our manufacturing processes.
To complement our CMM inspection facilities, we offer a full design service useful for obsolete components requiring re-manufacturing or to assist in the development of prototypes, or the development of new ideas.
